Anna brings to the Board more than 20 year of valuable HR experience, all of which has been within the Toronto hotel industry working for companies such as Westin Hotels, Sheraton Hotels, The King Edward Hotel, and currently as the Director of People Resources for the Delta Toronto East. As a Business graduate from Humber College, she previously held the Treasurer position with the Board. Anna diligent work ethic, combined with her invigorating and effervescent attitude makes her a valuable asset to the HHRPA.

Lulu is a seasoned HR professional who brings to the Board more than 20 years of HR Management experience. Currently employed as the Director of Human Resources for Dolce International, a global Hotel and Conference Centre company, she is an HR graduate of Humber College who previously worked as the Director of Human Resources with York Hanover Hotels and Toronto’s Westin Harbour Castle. Serving as the VP of Special Projects since April 2007, Lulu’s strong planning skills and detail-oriented approach make her an ideal fit and ensures that our Association events run smoothly and seamlessly.

Josh is a young HR professional with a diverse background including more than ten years of work experience in the hospitality and service industry. After beginning his hospitality career working in Ottawa’s Restaurant industry, Josh moved to Toronto in 2002 where he has since worked in the GTA hotel market. First spending three years within the HR department of the Holiday Inn On King, he was then employed for two years as the Director of Human Resources for the Toronto Airport Marriot before moving to the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel to furthering his HR career as the Assistant Director of Human Resources. Josh graduated from the University of Ottawa with an Honours degree in HR Management and he is currently pursuing the academic requirements for his CHRP designation. His experience and knowledge meshes well with the needs of the HHRPA and has made him an ideal fit as our Associate Director of Communication.
