The Hospitality Human Resource Professionals Association (HHRPA) is Toronto’s leading association of hospitality HR professionals with members representing more than 45 GTA hotels and hospitality focused post-secondary institutions. Due to popular demand, we have recently expanded our membership guidelines to include HR professionals from hospitality focused restaurant chains, entertainment groups and sporting groups in the GTA. We are very excited about this membership expansion and we hope you will be an integral part of it. The HHRPA is a Toronto-based, non-profit organization that has roots dating back to its founding in 1975. Since that time, the HHRPA has expanded to more than 65 members and has established itself as a pillar of success representing Toronto’s hospitality HR professionals with pride. For an annual fee of just $300.00, you will become a Full Member of the HHRPA and have the opportunity to join in our monthly association meetings where participants network with their peers, share the latest on labour relations, discuss and assist each other with employment opportunities, and truly work as a cohesive unit to better understand current HR issues affecting Toronto’s hospitality industry. In addition, HHRPA members have the option to enroll in our Summer Social and our Annual HHRPA Conference, which is held each Fall to celebrate our members, re-energize the association and provide a streamlined focus for the year ahead. HHRPA members also benefit from our new and improved association website, which provides easy access easy access to an extensive online database of valuable HR information, an easy-to-use distribution list that instantly connects you with more than 65 member companies in the GTA, and access to GTA hospitality employment opportunities and collective agreements.
